Thompsons Ashwagandha Complex Stress + Sleep is formulated with a herbal blend of Ashwagandha, Passionflower and Lavender oil for stress and sleep support. 

Ashwagandha Traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to:

• Reduce nervous tension

Ingredients:

Each Thompsons Ashwagandha Complex Stress + Sleep active ingredients per tablet:

Lavender oil 20mg Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) ext. 150mg derived from dry herb (flowering and fruiting) 750mg Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) ext. 50mg derived from day root 1.5g (1500mg) std. to contain withanolides 3.75mg

NO ADDED: Gluten, lactose, nuts, shellfish, dairy, egg, fish, sesame seeds, soya beans. No artificial colours or flavours.

The active ingredients in both products are plant-based and vegan friendly.

Directions:

Adults - Take 2 tablets daily in the evening at least 1 hour before bed, or as professionally prescribed.
