Pretorius Professional Melatonin 4X, contains a homeopathic dilution of N-acetyl-5-methoxyptamine (Melatonin). Melatonin is a substance that occurs naturally in the body and is secreted by the pineal gland during the night.

No added salt, yeast, starches, gluten, wheat, artificial colours and flavour, preservatives. Contains sugars as lactose.

Directions:

Adult Dosage: Chew 1 - 2 tablets half an hour before bedtime and allow the tablets to dissolve in the mouth before swallowing, or take as directed by your healthcare professional. Dosage can be decreased depending on your requirements.
