Power Super Foods goldenberries are golden yellow enclosed in lantern-like paper husks and prized by master chefs for gourmet dessert garnishes. Once dried they transform into a mildly sweet and deliciously tangy dried berry with a citrus-pineapple-sultana flavour and a chewy texture.

Origins of goldenberries

More commonly known as ‘Cape Gooseberry’ or Inca berries, this native of South America travelled the world with seafarers as an important, easy to grow, nutritious
and fresh fruit source. They were even grown and prized by early Australian settlers!
