Ingredients:

Lifestream natural calcium is vegan. No added dairy, soy, gluten or wheat.

Directions:

Adults: Take 1 teaspoon (2.8g) daily.
Children 6-12 years: Take 1/2 teaspoon (1.4g) daily.
Children 1-6 years: Take 1/4 teaspoon (0.7g) daily.

Mix into water or juice. Best taken after food.
