Directions:

Footbath for fungal infections - 2 tabls. of dried nettle into 2L of boiling water. Allow to cool until you can bear the heat. Sit for 20 mins with feet in the infusion.
For bladder infections, make a tea of burdock leaves, sweetened with honey.
