Nature's Sunshine Marshmallow has a high mucilage content giving it emollient and demulcent properties. Mucilage, when mixed with water, expands to many times its original volume. This can provide a soothing effect that has been found to be of particular use in inflammatory conditions of the digestive system.

Ingredients:

Each capsule contains:

• Althaea officinalis (Marshmallow) root powder 450mg

Directions:

Adults: Take two capsules with a meal three times daily.

Not recommended while pregnant or breast feeding.
