Ingredients:
Each 5ml metric teaspoon (2g) contains:
1.065g of magnesium as:
Magnesium oxide – heavy 1.600g
Magnesium carbonate – heavy 400mg
Directions:
Adult: Add one 5ml metric teaspoon (2g) to a glass of water, stir thoroughly and drink. Fruit juice may be added to enhance flavour.
Take once daily for up to one week and then every other day for an additional week (only if required).
Drink plenty of water.

Warnings:
Colon Cleanse will cause the stool to liquify and produce a bowel movement within half to six hours. Easy access to a bathroom is advisable for several hours after each dose.
Prolonged use of laxatives is undesirable and may lead to dependence. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.
Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present. Prolonged use may cause serious bowel problems. If you are pregnant seek medical advice before taking Colon Cleanse.
